A driver from Philadelphia was seriously hurt in the crash, according to New Jersey State Police.

Troopers responded to the crash at about 6 a.m. at Interchange 4 in Mount Laurel Township.

Based on a preliminary investigation, a Mack tractor-trailer operated by a 59-year-old Philadelphia man was traveling northbound on the Turnpike and was negotiating a curve of the entrance ramp at milepost 34.6, State Police said.

That's when the truck overturned and the driver was seriously injured.
